Vibro-pile specialises in the installation of rock socketed piles.

With its extensive range of high torque crane-attached drills (up to 75 tonne metre torque and many of them designed and manufactured in-house), Vibro-pile has installed rock socketted piles of up to 2.5 metre diameter and to greater than 50 metre depth.

Vibro-pile has developed procedures for ensuring that optimum stress transfer occurs from the concrete pile to the socket walls and base, especially important where slurry excavation methods are used.

Vibro-pile employs advanced design software for calculating optimum socket geometry.
