Vibro-pile installs a full range of timber piles. Hardwood piling (F27 grade) is used where higher structural loads, up to 1000 kN working load, are applied. Segmental piles can be spliced where founding strata are deep. Softwood piling is popular for lighter loadings associated with domestic, light industrial and institutional construction.

Timber piles are usually treated with a preservative to ensure longevity.
