Vibro-pile provides a pile testing service both for in-house use and for hire. The tests are most commonly performed using a Pile Dynamics Inc. Pile Driving Analyser. The system allows piles to be monitored during driving, allowing checking of the performance of the driving equipment and monitoring of driving stresses to avoid pile damage. Additionally, the integrity of the pile is able to be checked. The static resistance of most pile types can be estimated by CAPWAP analysis of the data obtained during the application of a dynamic load.

Low strain integrity testing, a valuable aid in the quality assurance process, enables a large proportion of the piles on a project to be assessed at a relatively low cost. This acoustic method checks piles for length and cross-sectional regularity, and, with a minimum of on-site disruption, has the capability to identify the location and characteristics of any significant anomalies.
