Vibropile (Aust.) Pty Ltd is committed to the establishment and maintenance of a quality system with the objective of ensuring that the specified requirements are met on all projects. The quality system applies to all activities of Vibropile (Aust.) Pty Ltd, and has been developed in accordance with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 - Quality Management Systems. The system is subject to regular management review and its effectiveness continuously improved.
The principal objectives of our Project Quality Plan are:
- To complete all works to the standards in accordance with Specification requirements or as agreed with the client prior to contract award.
- To make quality an integral part of every managerial and supervisory position.
- To ensure quality is considered in all planning and work activities.
- To detect non-conformances in a timely manner.
- In the event of a non-conformance, to identify the reason for the non-conformance and rectify it in a timely manner.
- To prevent repeat non-conformances.
The success of our Quality Plan is dependent on:
- Pro-active planning of all work activities with due consideration given to implementing quality controls that are suitable to each given situation.
- Ensuring the work team is vigilant and totally committed to achieving our quality targets.
- Ensuring that open and honest communication exists between management and all employees.
The aim of the Vibropile (Aust.) Pty Ltd quality plan is to actively involve staff in the quality assurance process. All staff are directed to implement that part of the quality system for which they are responsible.

At Vibropile, our Occupational Health, Safety and Rehabilitation Policy is based on a belief that the well-being of people employed at work, or people affected by our work, is a major priority and must be considered during all work performed by, or on behalf of our company. We fully recognise our responsibilities under the OH&S Act 2004 (Vic), OH&S Act 2000 (NSW) and OHS & Welfare Act 1986 (SA).
People are our most important asset and their health and safety is our greatest responsibility. The public shall be given equal priority to that of our employees.
The objectives of our Safety Policy are;
- To achieve an accident free workplace.
- To make health and safety an integral part of every managerial and supervisory position.
- To ensure health and safety is considered in all planning and work activities.
- To involve our employees in the decision making process through regular communication, consultation and training.
- To provide a continuous program of education and learning to ensure that our employees work in the safest possible manner.
- To establish measurable objectives and targets to ensure improved OHS performance.
- To identify and control potential hazards in the workplace through hazard identification and risk analysis.
- To ensure potential accident / incidents are controlled and prevented.
- To provide effective injury management and rehabilitation for all employees.

Vibropile is committed to achieving the highest performance in occupational health and safety with the aim of creating and maintaining safe and healthy working environments throughout the organisation.
Safety first is how we universally operate and we will not compromise safety as our number one priority. Our only acceptable safety outcome is zero harm to anyone working or visiting our sites.
Vibropile is committed to providing safe and healthy working environments thereby safeguarding our people, including contractors and visitors, from injury and work related health problems so that everyone returns home free of injury and in good health.
Vibropile will drive safe and healthy working environments by:
- Providing information, instruction, training and supervision to enable everyone to work safely.
- Implementing and maintaining safety management systems, which ensure hazards and risks are identified, evaluated and managed (preferably removed), in order to ensure everyone's safety.
- Ensuring managers and supervisors understand their responsibilities and are authorised to take remedial action.
- Working in conjunction with all staff to develop and maintain safe systems of work and related procedures which meet Occupational Health and Safety legislative requirements.
All Vibropile people have a duty of care under occupational health and safety legislation and at common law to ensure the health and safety of themselves and everyone around them by:
- Working in a safe manner.
- Complying with all Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures.
As a minimum, everyone is required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as specified by site management and come to work fit in accordance with the Fitness For Work Policy (see below).
Vibropile encourages the participation and feedback of everyone in all matters relating to health & safety at work and commits to provide adequate resources to enable the effective implementation of this policy.
Occupational Rehabilitation Policy
At Vibropile will provide occupational rehabilitation for any employee who suffers a work related injury or disease and will provide the highest standard of care to ensure an early and safe return to work.
Vibropile is committed to creating workplaces which support workplace-based rehabilitation and will:
- Provide suitable duties, were practicable, for injured works as part of the injury management process.
- Ensure that employees understand our expectations for an early return to work and the need to support workplace based rehabilitation for injured workers. We recognise that employees, managers and supervisors all have an important role to play in rehabilitation. Each is required to take all reasonable steps to ensure the success of the rehabilitation program.
- Ensure that injured employees understand their rights and obligations regarding injury management. We will consult with the employees and, where appropriate, any unions representing them, in developing return to work plans.
- Take active steps to ensure that employees cooperate fully with appointed rehabilitation counsellor(s) and medical practitioner(s) in accordance with their documented and agreed Return to Work Plan.
- Ensure that participation in a rehabilitation program by an injured employee will not in any way prejudice their position.
- Ensure that, when a return to work is not possible, responsible agencies assist the employee to return to a meaningful and fulfilling role within the community.
