Vibro-pile has been designing and installing deep foundations since 1966. Since that time it has acquired the experience so essential to successfully operate in this demanding and highly specialised area of civil engineering.

Vibro-pile employs a team of highly qualified and experienced engineering personnel, ensuring that only soundly based innovative and efficient solutions are applied in it's contracts. Our Design team has successfully re-engineered foundation solutions for some of Australia's most high profile structures and specializes in "Design and Construct" contracts (see our Major Projects and Awards Sections)

In all it's operations, Vibro-pile seeks to utilise only the most modern and effective design methods and construction plant, and to this end, has incorporated monitoring and recording instrumentation in all of our CFA rigs. This measure assists plant operators in the precise installation of piling, as well as providing meaningful quality assurance records for analysis and storage. Design and supervising engineers have immediate access to these records via electronic data transmission from site and are thus able to monitor piling installation, immediately following completion of the pile or at any stage of construction if desired.

Technology of such excellence ensures that the engineers responsible for a particular project, are able to monitor and direct (if desired) pile installation, regardless of their whereabouts.
