Vibropile has been designing and constructing deep foundations since 1966. During that time it has acquired the experience necessary to successfully operate in this demanding and highly specialised area of civil engineering. Today Vibropile has one of the preeminent specialist pile design teams in the country with extensive national and international construction experience on a wide variety of major design and construct projects.

Design Services

Vibropile employs a team of highly qualified and experienced engineering personnel, ensuring that only robust, innovative and efficient solutions are applied on your projects. By working closely with our clients our Design team has successfully re-engineered foundation solutions for some of Australia's most high profile structures thereby saving both time and money for our clients.

Vibropile's design team uses the latest methods of analyses, coupled with sound engineering judgement and experience. Our range of design services include:

• Ultimate Geotechnical strength of piled foundations
• Single pile, pile group and global settlement analysis of piled foundations
• Retaining wall design (wall movements, anchor loads and structural design of wall elements)
• Structural design of piled foundations to cater for any applied load (bending moment, lateral loads, compression and tension)
• Optioneering and Value Engineering: Creating a range of structural and geotechnical alternatives which consider the whole construction cycle.

One Stop Shop

Our in house team of designers and Registered Building Practitioners (RBP's) means that Vibropile can not only design alternative foundation systems for its clients but it can offer full certification and signoff of the foundation package meaning that Vibropile is a One-stop-shop for design and construction of piled foundation and retention systems.

Quality Control

In all its operations, Vibropile seeks to utilise only the most modern and effective design methods and construction plant. In order to achieve the highest level of quality control we have incorporated on-board computer monitoring and recording instrumentation in all of our CFA and displacement piling rigs. These systems assist plant operators in the precise installation of piling, as well as providing meaningful quality assurance records for analysis and storage. Design and supervising engineers have immediate access to these records via electronic data transmission from site and are thus able to monitor piling installation, immediately following completion of the pile or at any stage of construction if desired.

Pile Testing

Vibropile has access to the latest pile testing technologies. This combined with our in house analysis capabilities means that Vibropile can also verify pile performance and ensure that our designs are in full accordance with the most stringent project specifications.
